Human Relations and Industrial Relations

Now-a-days,the use of the term Human Relations is much in vogue.some writers include the personal and direct relations that exist between the Employers and the Employees in the term entitled Human Relations.
On the other hand,some writers opine that Industrial Relations are a symbol of collective relatons and as such they make a difference between the Human Relations and Industrial Relations.
But,we cannot draw a clear line of demarcation between the two.
